I love bringing teams together to market solutions that actually solve real customer problems. With a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and B2B buyer behavior, I focus on optimizing every stage of the journey, from first click to long-term loyalty.
I’m endlessly curious about what makes people tick. That’s why I combine consumer psychology with data-driven insights to create strategies that don’t just sell but stick. Whether it's launching go-to-market campaigns or collaborating across product, sales, and customer success, I’m all about delivering real value to customers and the business.
That curiosity and passion for marketing also show up in the classroom. I'm an adjunct instructor in West Virginia University's Integrated and Digital Marketing Communications master's programs, where I teach Audience Insight and Customer Engagement Ethics and Strategy. It's one of my favorite parts of the work I do, sharing real-world applications, learning from graduate students, and helping shape the next wave of ethical, thoughtful marketers.
When I’m not deep in lifecycle flows or go-to-market plans, you’ll find me on the golf course with my husband, cheering on my college football teams (go Gators, go Mountaineers!), catching a Premier League match (Manchester City!), reading, traveling, or spending quality time with my German Shepherd, Lucy.
